Book a function

Olive Pink Botanic Garden provides a picturesque venue for weddings, memorial services, birthday parties and conference dinners. It is possible to book an outdoor garden area, gazebo, or the Visitor Centre hall for a private or public event.

There is no fee required to hold a memorial service at the Garden, but we do request that you fill in a Function Booking Form. All other functions held within normal opening hours cost $50, while after-hours functions cost $75 per hour (although this fee is subject to negotiation). Catering for functions can be arranged through the on-site café and if the cafe caters for after-hours functions, the function fee is not charged.
